The name CWB comes from Causeway Bay, one of the liveliest areas in Hong Kong where all the magic happens.

Made with authentic leather and a timeless design, CWB are meant for every occasion. From the office to the gym, the bar to the banquet, they are your perfect barefoot companion throughout your busy day.

Why Barefoot Shoes?

Wide Toebox: The extra room in the toebox allows your toes to splay and react on every step you take.

Zero Drop: The completely flat outsoles with no arch support and cushioning can encourage strengthening of the foot muscle by daily walking. Your feet can also lie completely flat for a more natural posture and ergonomics

7mm Thick Outsole: The ultra-thin outsole brings your feet closer to the ground, enabling you to receive more sensory feedback for a healthier stride.

Flexible: Due to the ultra-thin outsole, CWB can encourage you to fully utilize the mechanics in your foot to take a more natural step in different terrains and surfaces.

Lightweight: A size 37 shoe weighs only ~200g, so that you can step light to feel right.

Usual shoe size likely are NOT the size for you to pick CWB, barefoot shoes are wider and therefore there could be 1-2 sizes down from traditional shoes, please use our size chart to find the right size for yourself!

Genuine Leather Upper and Rubber outsole

*The insoles are dyed leather and may cause stain on light-coloured socks.

** Natural top grain leather is used for the upper, minor creases might present.

First time Barefoot

If you're new to this experience, we recommend transitioning to barefoot shoes gradually.

Our feet, like any other part of our body, gain muscle strength when regularly used—a case of 'Use it or Lose it.' Wearing shoes with arch support and cushioning can prevent natural weight-loading exercises with each step, potentially leading to weaker and dependent feet.

A full commitment to barefoot shoes may be challenging and even painful, especially for individuals with flat feet in the initial stage. The feet may not be ready for the drastic change in weight-loading after relying on support for an extended period. Therefore, we suggest initially wearing barefoot shoes for a limited time, perhaps a few hours a day or on alternate days, and gradually increasing the duration. This approach helps build foot strength before a complete transition.

Not nearly as foot shaped as I hoped

Not much wider than a standard shoe. Forefoot sole is thin but heel is thicker so doesn’t feel very flat either. I would return but international returns are impossible and I don’t think a larger size would solve my problem

I really hoped I had found my Asian barefoot shoe brand :(

Thank you for your feedback! We’d like to clarify that our CWB model is designed with a 100% zero-drop sole, meaning the heel and forefoot have the same thickness. While we made the CWB slightly narrower than some other brands, we increased the toe box height to create a more contoured, 3D fit. This approach accommodates natural changes in foot width during different stages of weight-bearing.

That said, we completely understand that no single design can fit everyone perfectly. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us refine our designs to better serve our customers.
